Andretti Global Shows Off New Liveries for 2025 IndyCar Season
Andretti Global has revealed a trio of new liveries for the team's cars ahead of the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series season. The team, which continues to field one of the most competitive lineups on the grid, unveiled the fresh designs during a special presentation at their Indianapolis headquarters.
Bold New Looks for Herta, Kirkwood, and Grosjean
Colton Herta's No. 26 car features an updated Gainbridge livery with a darker blue-and-gold color scheme that pays homage to Andretti's racing heritage while incorporating modern design elements. The car retains its signature look but with sharper lines and a more aggressive visual identity.
Kyle Kirkwood's No. 27 machine sports a revamped AutoNation livery that blends vibrant pink accents with clean white bodywork. The design is intended to reflect the team's commitment to both performance and their longstanding partnership with the automotive retailer.
Romain Grosjean's No. 28 entry rounds out the trio with a DHL-themed livery in bold yellow and red. The former Formula 1 driver enters his third full season of IndyCar competition looking to build on an increasingly competitive 2024 campaign.
Team Ambitions for 2025
Michael Andretti expressed confidence heading into the new season, noting that the team has made significant investments in engineering personnel and simulation technology during the off-season. The goal remains a championship challenge, with all three drivers expected to compete for victories from the opening round.
The 2025 IndyCar season kicks off in March with the traditional opener at St. Petersburg, Florida. Andretti Global will be looking to improve on a 2024 season that saw flashes of brilliance but inconsistent results across the calendar.
Pre-season testing has shown encouraging pace from all three cars, and the team believes the new liveries represent more than just a cosmetic change — they signal a fresh start and renewed ambition for one of the most storied names in American motorsport.
